Meaningful & challenging - Your tasks:
- Responsible for planning, developing, and delivering unified communication and collaboration services, including supporting the creation of business concepts and development for collaboration services.
- Implement business requirements using modern hybrid working methods.
- Prepare new or modified services, manage change processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory and legal standards while developing service improvement plans.
- Utilize existing service frameworks and maintain all relevant service design information.
- Support service lifecycle management aligned with IT strategy, architecture roadmaps, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain the solution portfolio for all Unified Communication and Collaboration services in coordination with the service owner.
- Plan and manage risks associated with service changes, including stakeholder reporting.
- Plan and coordinate IT service budgets, including forecasting and cost distribution, ensuring costs stay within budget.
- Assist in identifying and resolving service faults and issues through process and technical measures.
Authentic & ambitious - Your profile:
- University degree in computer science, information technology, business informatics, or a related field, with several years of professional experience (preferably international) in audio & video conferencing, fixed network, and mobile communications.
- Extensive experience in service delivery is essential.
- Knowledge of hybrid working and collaboration methods; ITIL knowledge (V3 certification preferred).
- Experience in Quality, Risk Management, Service Delivery/Transformation, and agile project management (SCRUM or similar) is desirable.
- Experience in international project management is an advantage.
- Excellent English skills; German skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel and work in an international environment.
