If you speak German fluently and wish to experience working in the world of computer software, consumer electronics, personal computers, and online platforms, grab this chance to join the German Microsoft Support team to support customers from Germany, Austria & Switzerland.

What you will do :

1. Identify customers’ needs and deliver appropriate solutions, including sales.
2. Guide customers facing issues related to billing inquiries, handle transactions, and provide timely resolutions.
3. Assist customers in placing orders and related issues.
4. Answer inquiries, troubleshoot, escalate technical issues, and assist with account issues.
5. Follow standard diagnostic procedures, focusing on handling frequently asked questions effectively.
6. Ensure every customer has a positive experience!
7. Exchange ideas and solutions with colleagues!

What you will bring :

1. Excellent communication skills in German.
2. Good command of English (B2+).
3. Sales experience with consumer products and services is an asset.
