Responsibilities
  1. Process and maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, HRIS data, and other HR-related documentation.
  2. Process new hire paperwork, conduct pre-employment screening, and coordinate onboarding activities.
  3. Support various HR activities, including onboarding/offboarding, data management, and employee lifecycle documentation.
  4. Assist with employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, recognition programs, and events.
  5. Coordinate HR projects and initiatives, track progress, create reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  6. Assist with compliance activities, ensuring adherence to employment laws, regulations, and HR policies.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service to employees and managers, addressing inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications
  • Vocational training or degree in human resources or related field.
  • Knowledge of social security and labor law is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Initial professional experience in HR is preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and German.
