Responsibilities
- Process and maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, HRIS data, and other HR-related documentation.
- Process new hire paperwork, conduct pre-employment screening, and coordinate onboarding activities.
- Support various HR activities, including onboarding/offboarding, data management, and employee lifecycle documentation.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, recognition programs, and events.
- Coordinate HR projects and initiatives, track progress, create reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Assist with compliance activities, ensuring adherence to employment laws, regulations, and HR policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and managers, addressing inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications
- Vocational training or degree in human resources or related field.
- Knowledge of social security and labor law is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Initial professional experience in HR is preferred.
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Fluent in English and German.
