Job Responsibilities

1. Provide CFO-level partnership to our Business, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams, leading annual budgeting, long-range strategic planning, and rolling forecasts for these organizations.
2. Partner with senior leaders and promote data-centric business steering to drive sustainable growth.
3. Implement and track key performance indicators and financial metrics, delivering actionable insights, identifying trends, and addressing risks and opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
4. Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing Finance Insights team consisting of approximately 20 members located across the globe, fostering collaboration, growth, and excellence.
5. Drive efficiency and accuracy by implementing process enhancements within the function, leveraging advanced tools and industry best practices.

Who You Are

• You are a business leader aspiring to make Emma the leading sleep brand through strategic finance decisions, analysis, and insights.
• You have over 15 years of experience in financial services, banking, audit, or related fields.
• You possess more than 7 years of management experience, including building and leading high-performing teams.
• You are proactive, self-reliant, and demonstrate a hands-on work mentality with an entrepreneurial mindset within the finance field through in-depth knowledge.
• You are a highly efficient collaborator with stakeholders, including Commercial and Operations teams.
• You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex financial data into actionable insights.
• You are an effective communicator with strong presentation skills that can convey complex financial information to diverse stakeholders.
