Your main tasks will include processing IT inquiries, carefully documenting support cases and helping our customers to solve technical problems.
Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include
- Taking over operational responsibility for our customers' IT
- Supporting our customers' IT systems via remote maintenance
- Detailed documentation in our wiki
- User support for IT issues by phone, e-mail and remote maintenance
- Automation of IT service processes (e.g. updates, patch management)
- Streamlining IT services so that we can provide comprehensive support for more IT systems in less time

What You Should Bring With You
