A Day in the Life

Be at the forefront of electrophysiology advancements. As a Technical Consultant for our Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team, you'll impact patient care through Medtronic's technologies and therapies. We focus on market-leading products like the Affera Mapping and Ablation System, innovative ablation catheters, cardiac mapping systems, and electrophysiology (EP) products.

Join our team of experts committed to delivering quality and affordable care worldwide. This role is based in Germany, primarily remote, with extensive travel (80-100%) across Germany and Western Europe, providing diverse market experience and an international network.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager and other teams to plan customer training programs
• Provide technical support to customers on CAS products and procedures
• Assist sales and marketing during product presentations and launches
• Report on market trends, account activities, and competitive insights
• Gather and report customer feedback, product issues, and complaints
• Complete administrative tasks, including activity reports

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
• Knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and products
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and focus on quality
