We are seeking a Service Manager / Application Manager (m/w/d) for a renowned client. The tasks can be performed 100% remotely. Immediate start, full-time, Stuttgart, Automotive, Permanent position.

Responsibilities

1. Serve as the primary communication interface with the client.
2. As the face to the customer, capture and communicate project status to stakeholders.
3. Manage large and comprehensive projects for the client.
4. Create and maintain ongoing monitoring of the integrated project plan (scope, budget, time, risk, resources, quality, communication).
5. Establish an appropriate approach model to achieve project goals.
6. Coordinate and monitor work packages/activities for the project team.
7. Organize and control the flow of information within the project team.
8. Handle project resources responsibly (staff, budget, time).
9. Ensure compliance with legal frameworks, legislation, governance, and data security.

Requirements

1. Knowledge of various project management methodologies.
2. Experience in time, scope, budget, and risk management.
3. Conflict management experience.
4. Experience in selecting and integrating new team members into projects.
5. Experience in project (product) planning and execution.
6. ITIL Expert certification.
