Your responsibilities :

• Ensure the accomplishment of project objectives that have been assigned to the incumbent
• Accountable for the proactive management of project constraints such as time, budget, scope and quality as well as project risks and benefits
• Accountable for all deliverables within your projects according to all assigned IT projects roles (e.g. Solution, Test, Rollout and Service Manager)
• Manage day-to-day business partner, business project manager interaction and external vendors, set and manage stakeholder expectations, communicate effectively with stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
• Budget management and financial forecasting for projects
• Support people lead in resource management for development team
• Represent values and principles of Vorwerk agile methodology and ensure that all development team members can work autonomously

You offer us :

• Successfully completed studies at a university of applied sciences (min. Bachelor's degree) in the field of IT or equivalent training
• Relevant experience in managing projects
• Higher degree of certificate in a project management methodology (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI, MSP, Scrum, Kanban etc.)
• Experience in agile methods to manage projects required
• Ability to work in and to lead large, distributed and heterogeneous teams in complex multi-vendor and multi-risk environments
• Experience in managing Frontend Applications (e.g. SAP Ui5 or BTP-based application)
• Structured way of working and strong analytical skills
• Communication of progress, status, risks, issues, actions as part of the regular status reporting
• Business fluent in English
• Intercultural competence and experience with international cooperation
