Polish & German-Speaking Action Coordinator - Work in Ghent, Belgium

Cross border Talents is hiring on behalf of a globally renowned vehicle manufacturing brand! Join their dynamic international team in Ghent, Belgium, where collaboration knows no borders. As a multilingual Action Coordinator, you'll ensure customers receive exceptional support during breakdowns, leaving a lasting positive impression.

This is a hybrid role with onsite work in Ghent, Belgium.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary liaison between customers, drivers, and dealers to resolve breakdown issues swiftly and ensure vehicle uptime.
2. Manage breakdown cases across Europe, communicating fluently in the customer's native language and using designated systems for information retrieval.
3. Prioritize customer needs, follow established breakdown procedures, and pay close attention to detail.
4. Exhibit excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude in all interactions.
5. Maintain a positive, proactive attitude, aiming to exceed expectations and support team success.
6. Support continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team.
7. Be flexible to work within a rotational shift system.

Requirements:

• A customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Motivated to excel and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency in one of the following language combinations:

1. Highly proficient in English plus at least two of the following: Polish, Czech, Lithuanian, German. Other Eastern European languages are a plus.
2. Highly proficient in English with knowledge of French, German, and Dutch (all four languages).

Willingness to adapt to a flexible shift schedule is essential.

Relocation assistance includes 1 month of accommodation provided by the company.
