Job Description:

We are seeking a Junior Google Scripts Engineer (f/m/x) to join our People department. In this role, you will be instrumental in establishing new processes and automating existing ones within our People projects team. Your analytical skills and proactive approach will be essential in challenging the status quo and driving meaningful improvements. AUTO1 Group is Europe's leading digital automotive platform, revolutionizing the used car market with brands like Autohero, wirkaufendeinauto.de, and AUTO1.com.

Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative solutions to automate our processes and design new analysis approaches.
• Retrieve relevant data sets from various databases using Google Apps Script.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams by translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support the expansion of our product range by developing lean processes for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the People Administration and Business Partner teams to shape the future of our processes.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SQL, version control systems like Git, or other programming languages such as Python is a plus.
• Good self-organization skills and a passion for automating processes using APIs and other tools.
• Fast learner with motivation to acquire new technologies.
• Ability to make decisions and take responsibility for projects.
