We are looking for an Office Manager/Assistant to join our Real Estate business in Frankfurt am Main.

Main Responsibilities

As part of the team, you are responsible for the smooth organization and administration of all office processes. You will support the Head of Germany as well as the entire team in administrative matters:

  • Organization and coordination of office processes
  • Welcoming and receiving guests
  • Managing appointments and meetings
  • Handling correspondence and documents
  • Maintaining databases and files
  • Acting as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries
  • Coordinating office supplies and resources
  • Planning and executing events (Event Management)
  • Travel management
  • Preliminary accounting (travel expense reports)
Your Profile
  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in office management or a similar position
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Organizational talent and the ability to set priorities
  • Team player with a proactive work approach
