TASKS

• Manage Allianz Group’s Mini Mobility Program to develop talent and foster growth, including engaging with employees and stakeholders, preparing documents, and coordinating with external advisors.
• Support operational and administrative tasks for international assignments at all levels throughout their lifecycle.
• Participate in mobility projects and strategic initiatives.
• Improve internal processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

PROFILE

• Bachelor’s or equivalent in HR Management, Business, Information Systems, Cultural Studies, or Business Law.
• Experience in vendor management or IT tool implementation is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Co-pilot Suite (formerly Office 365).
• IT programming skills are advantageous.
• Fluent in English and German (C1 level), additional languages are a plus.
