Netflix is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing Netflix Ads team. The Account Manager will lead the pre-to-post-sale campaign workflow as a strategic partner to Netflix Agency Sales Partners. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients and sales teams on RFP responses, media plan development, campaign execution, and performance monitoring to ensure flawless delivery and excellent client service. This position is based in Berlin, with a hybrid work model. Relocation support is available for those moving from abroad or within Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with Agency Sales Partners to understand client goals and deliver excellent customer service.
  2. Conduct weekly Pipeline & Pacing meetings to align on upcoming launches and campaign performance.
  3. Build media plans and contribute to RFP responses regarding campaign packaging, pricing, targeting, etc.
  4. Host campaign kick-off meetings and collaborate with clients on gathering launch assets.
  5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to produce custom creative assets.
  6. Work with Ad Operations for order implementation and troubleshooting.
  7. Oversee campaign delivery performance and collaborate with clients on optimization tactics.
  8. Provide post-campaign performance reports to clients.
  9. Manage campaign escalations and contribute to long-term solutions to prevent recurring issues.
  10. Maintain understanding of ad products, sponsorships, targeting capabilities, and policies.
  11. Assist with monthly billing and invoicing processes.
  12. Build strong relationships with clients and agency partners.

We’re Looking for:

  1. At least 3 years of experience in Account Management or Sales Planning within digital media, focusing on video advertising.
  2. Experience with programmatic advertising.
  3. Familiarity with Sales Operation systems (CRM, OMS, Ad Servers).
  4. Knowledge of digital media sales and marketplaces including Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, and PMP advertising.
  5. Excellent communication skills in English and German.
  6. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to simplify data for stakeholders.
  7. Proven project management skills, capable of multitasking and handling requests from multiple stakeholders.
  8. Knowledge of Advertising Research and Verification vendors like Nielsen, ComScore, Moat, etc.
