Job Overview

Responsibilities
  1. Define and lead the global communication strategy for a division with over €100M revenue.
  2. Drive brand awareness and implement digital lead and demand generation initiatives.
  3. Oversee multi-channel campaign management, including events, media, advertising, and email marketing.
  4. Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all regions and platforms.
  5. Align all communication activities with corporate goals and priorities.
  6. Monitor and optimize campaign performance using KPIs and ROI metrics.
  7. Lead, coach, and grow a cross-regional team, including recruitment of new talent.
  8. Combine empathy and authority with clear communication, structured thinking, and analytical skills.
Qualifications
