Your capabilities:

• Excellent team and interpersonal skills, including superior ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Clear, analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Experience with business processes in the field of different business applications (JIRA, Salesforce, SAP) and with 2nd Level Support.
• Profound understanding of business processes and agile project management.
• Strong organization, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Good decision-making skills. Takes calculated risks—ability to act on own thoughts and experience to overcome obstacles and generate positive outcomes.
• Demonstrates confidence and promotes a positive working environment.
• Very good German and English skills (spoken and written).
