  • Development: You drive the continuous evolution of our Salesforce system architecture to meet current and future business needs
  • Optimization: You identify and address process and technology gaps while proactively reducing technical debt and enhancing system efficiency
  • Leadership: You oversee technical improvements to maintain Salesforce as a critical part of our enterprise tooling landscape, aligning it with strategic goals
  • Design: You create strategic solutions, including mock-ups and implementation-ready work packages, and secure stakeholder buy-in for proposed changes
Your fitness level
  • Experience: You have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce architecture or development, supported by relevant Salesforce certifications. Knowledge of software engineering and event-driven architectures is a plus
  • Proven Success: You demonstrate a track record of delivering impactful Salesforce projects and maintaining a scalable, efficient system
  • Technical Skills: You are proficient in Apex development, understand Salesforce Best Practices, and excel in debugging, testing, and building scalable solutions
  • Organizational Skills: You manage projects effectively, prioritize tasks, and balance responsibilities under tight deadlines
  • Mindset: You adapt to fast-paced environments with a proactive, innovative, and problem-solving approach
  • Communication: You excel in stakeholder management and can present complex ideas clearly and convincingly
Your training goal for your first 6 months
  • Knowledge: You gain a deep understanding of our Salesforce architecture and become a trusted technical advisor within the team
  • Deliverables: You design and develop solutions for strategic Operational Excellence projects, meeting timelines and expectations
  • Proposals: You create solution mock-ups, secure stakeholder buy-in, and oversee the handover to the implementation team
  • Innovation: You challenge the status quo and propose a roadmap to elevate our Salesforce system to new heights
  • Integration: You familiarize yourself with our tools, processes, and teams while building strong relationships across the organization
