We are offering a Fast-Track Graduate Program for Field Service Data Engineers in Europe, starting September 2024.

The 6-month program is designed for ambitious new graduates seeking an exciting career in the semiconductor industry. It offers the opportunity to accelerate your career, gain insights into various areas, and build a valuable international network. Upon completion, you will be based in Grenoble (France), Agrate (Italy), Dresden (Germany), or Kildare (Ireland), vibrant hubs for the semiconductor industry in Europe.

Our Data Engineers (also known as AIx Engineers) support our Field Service Engineers by acting as the interface between the Field Service team and the Digital Tools Enablement organization. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing data analytics on equipment sensor signals, analyzing trends in collaboration with hardware and process engineers to accelerate troubleshooting.
• Providing data visualization to the service team and utilizing the latest predictive models.
• Designing, testing, and deploying new models and algorithms to understand and predict equipment behavior based on field data.

Our Trainee Program includes:

• Theoretical and practical training, including international placements at our production sites in Asia and Europe.
• On-the-job training with guided tasks, supported by a local buddy, team colleagues, and managers.
• Long-term employment opportunities at our European sites with potential for further development in various specialties.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have recently graduated or are about to graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Possess a high level of English proficiency (as the headquarters is in the US) and a proficient level of French, German, or Italian.
• Are EU citizens or have the legal right to live and work in France, Italy, Ireland, or Germany.
