Our Client is at the forefront of innovative EV charging infrastructure solutions. We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive our growth across the Nordics, with potential expansion to additional territories.

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and expand our market presence in the region. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge and a proven track record in EV charging.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue targets.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including CPOs, gas companies, and fleet operators.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  4. Represent the Company at industry events and trade shows.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  6. Provide regular market intelligence and competitor analysis.
  7. Manage and report on sales pipeline and forecasts.
Required Qualifications :
  1. 3-5+ years of proven sales experience in areas such as EV charging infrastructure, direct sales to CPOs, gas companies, and fleet operators.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  3. Extensive knowledge of EV charging technology, particularly fast chargers.
  4. Strong understanding of the Nordic markets.
  5. Hunter mentality and experience in new business development.
  6. Willingness to travel 40% of the time.
  7. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  8. Proven track record of closing large B2B deals with annual sales volume of €1.0M-2M.
  9. Experience in infrastructure project sales cycles is an advantage.
