Renesas is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Principal Global Technology Marketing Manager for Motor Control Solutions. This position is based in one of our offices in Germany, which could be in Düsseldorf, Munich, Dresden, or Nabern, with the possibility for remote work within Germany.

Renesas is accelerating its roadmap for motor control solutions. As a Technology Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for defining solutions by consolidating market requirements based on analysis of technology trends, customer needs, competitive analysis, and market environment.

This is a global role offering the opportunity to collaborate with many stakeholders across the company, with high visibility and impact.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Research market technology trends from a customer or application perspective.
2. Identify market growth potential and competitive advantages.
3. Analyze system architectures of applications and propose optimizations to the Renesas roadmap.
4. Set requirements and define the roadmap for motor control software, firmware, and tools to ensure they are state-of-the-art and provide an excellent user experience.
5. Collaborate closely with global business development teams to consolidate technology and market requirements.
6. Coordinate proof of concepts and test activities with potential partners.
7. Create product value propositions, propose roadmaps, and develop business cases.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent; MBA is a plus.
2. Openness to explore new technologies and markets to inform implementation strategies.
3. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at technical and business levels.
4. Proven experience in transforming technical and market requirements into business cases.
5. Semiconductor marketing experience preferred.
6. Excellent customer focus and communication skills.
7. Familiarity with motor control frameworks for semiconductors.
8. Results-oriented, self-organized, motivated, with independent thinking.
