Missions
The Field Medical Advisor (FMA) is the therapeutic and disease expert who develops and cultivates professional relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) in Germany. The FMA provides essential insights on local medical practices and unmet patient needs, and plays a crucial role in developing effective referral structures aligned with medical guidelines, considering regional differences (e.g., university hospitals vs. rural healthcare settings).
This role includes proactive participation in cross-functional strategic meetings and trainings, aiming to improve patient access to care and support the evolution of medical guidelines to better meet patient needs.
The FMA provides accurate scientific information about Stallergenes Greer products and clinical science in a balanced and credible manner, while also recommending medical strategies to optimize market access based on clinical data and real-world evidence.
