Job Description:

Allianz Consulting, established in 2004 as the internal consulting division of the Allianz Group, seeks a (Senior) Consultant (m/f/d) with expertise in the claims domain. The role involves supporting strategic projects across Allianz entities worldwide, focusing on digital customer interaction, process design, claims automation, and anti-fraud initiatives. The position offers an international environment, career development opportunities, and a focus on talent growth and on-the-job training. Candidates with an interest in Information Technology and Generative Artificial Intelligence are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver end-to-end client engagements within deadlines, managing the full scope of deliverables and stakeholder relationships. Analyze customer needs and develop innovative solutions.
  2. Contribute to thought leadership, develop Allianz Consulting solutions, identify new business opportunities, and support pitches.
  3. Mentor colleagues to ensure their personal development.

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience:

  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in core insurance, focusing on claims operations and management, or consultancy specializing in claims (P&C or L&H).
  • Proven project management experience across various roles and methods.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and WebEx.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and conflict management skills.
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus; additional languages are advantageous.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in change management, quality management, integration, and reorganization.
  • Knowledge of business process design, mapping, analysis, mining, and re-engineering.
  • Understanding of business case development.
  • International work experience (minimum 6 months).
