About this Position

In this role, you will drive the company's sustainability strategy and reputation in alignment with business goals, drive strategic communication of sustainability ambition and achievements to show thought leadership, and foster positioning as a sustainable leader.

What you´ll do

• Elevate Henkel’s profile as a sustainability leader by sharing inspiring success stories and showcasing our thought leadership to the world in external communication.
• Foster awareness of our internal capabilities and projects, leveraging sustainability as a key differentiator to strengthen our strategic alignment across the organization in internal communication.
• Empower our employees to champion sustainability by developing and delivering engaging training programs that enhance their knowledge and skills.
• Create meaningful opportunities for dialogue with customers about their sustainability challenges, transforming these conversations into valuable partnerships in the form of events and other formats.
• Ensure a strategic approach that drives significant business impact in alignment with our Adhesives Technology Sustainability Ambition 2030.

What makes you a good fit

• 5+ years of relevant experience in sustainability management, communication, or a related field.
• Possess exceptional communication skills and strong stakeholder management abilities.
• Strategic thinking is one of your key strengths.
• Fluent in English and German.
