For our client Celltrion, a Biosimilar Market Leader, we are seeking a

Regional Business Manager (f/m/d) Oncology

The Regional Business Manager (RBM) manages the company's oncology portfolio at regional stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, and networks. The role involves identifying potential customers, expanding business, and collaborating with marketing to develop strategies and support projects.

The RBM oversees all cross-functional activities in their geographic area, maintaining relationships through personal visits, calls, events, and virtual contacts. They focus on building holistic partnerships rather than just daily visits.

The RBM also leads (dotted line) the Medical Commercial Manager (MCM) in their area and is responsible for customer prescriptions of oncology drugs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Engage with oncology physicians, networks, and stakeholders to promote the use of oncology drugs.
  • Plan and execute activities supporting oncology specialists and their staff.
  • Work with Market Access to reduce local market barriers.
  • Provide scientific advice on monoclonal antibodies and other oncology drugs.
  • Share product experiences and feedback with the back office.
  • Develop and implement engagement formats and projects with all customer groups, collaborating with marketing, medical, and market access teams.
  • Present data on products and maintain customer relationships.
  • Acquire new customers and achieve business goals.
  • Organize events, manage administrative tasks, and analyze sales trends.
  • Create business plans, manage budgets, and participate in conferences and projects.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and utilize IT systems effectively.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in pharmacy, medicine, veterinary medicine, chemistry, biology, pharmaceutical-technical assistance, or as a certified pharmaceutical representative.
  • Good contacts within oncology stakeholders and networks.
  • Proven success in relevant roles is desirable.
  • Knowledge of decision drivers in treatment, reimbursement, and health economics.
  • Experience supporting marketing and project management.
  • Professional experience with biologicals or biosimilars is a plus.
  • Customer-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Structured, responsible, independent, and team-oriented work style.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel and hold a valid driver’s license (Class B).
