Join our team as a Business Developer and be responsible for establishing and maintaining business relationships. Working in the Sales department, you will sell our services to new businesses and consumers. You will play a vital role in reimagining the labor market to make it work for everybody.

Your responsibilities:

  1. Identify new business trends and opportunities.
  2. Close deals, meet sales targets, and drive growth and profitability.
  3. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with customers and understand their needs.
  5. Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales tactics.
  6. Negotiate effectively and persuade potential clients.
  7. Connect easily with potential clients and understand their needs.
  8. Work energetically to reach KPIs, deadlines, and monthly targets.
  9. Have experience as a Business Developer or in a similar sales/customer service role.
  10. Communicate effectively in French and English; proficiency in German and Luxembourgish is a plus.
