SCM plays an essential role when it comes to securing our global supply chain for Environmental, Social and Governance aspects and meeting Siemens’ expectations towards our stakeholders. Our team is focused on sustainability assurance, performance and value. We continuously enhance our proven “prevent-detect-respond” approach and manage the decarbonization of our supply chain. We work together as a team with a broad network of internal and external partners.

Be part of a highly engaged team and create impact by:

1. Your success is grounded in:
1. Having a university degree (master's degree / diploma) preferably in economics, sustainability, business excellence or comparable background
2. Bringing at least 5 years of professional experience e.g., in procurement, project management, data analytics, ideally related to sustainability
3. Being skilled in data analytics and deriving meaningful insights and measures
4. Having a collaborative mindset, being comfortable to perform in a dynamic working environment
5. Having excellent project management skills, especially in cross-functional or business overarching projects or programs
6. Having business fluent skills in English and German
