YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• As a Commodity Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for developing and implementing international procurement strategies as well as executing the derived measures.
• You oversee strategic procurement within the scope of facility management, including the maintenance and upkeep of technical systems.
• Your responsibilities include devising negotiation strategies and leading international negotiations to their successful conclusion, all while considering the TCO approach.
• You lead international and cross-functional projects and work closely with national and international facility management departments on optimizations and projects.
• As part of strategic supplier management, you manage the portfolio as well as the onboarding and offboarding of suppliers.
• Additionally, you create annual plans and forecasts as well as market reports for your specific commodity group.
• You are responsible for international procurement marketing of the product category goods and services in the field of facility management and conduct procurement market research along the value chain.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You have successfully completed your university studies in the field of economics, civil engineering, or a comparable field.
• You have several years of experience in international procurement of technical building services and knowledge of the procurement process.
• You excel in your confident use of MS Office, SAP, and other procurement-relevant systems and have a high affinity for digital topics.
• You have experience in leading and moderating projects and see problem-solving as a positive challenge.
• Your pronounced strategic and analytical thinking, curiosity for new things, assertiveness, and negotiation skills distinguish you.
• You have excellent communication skills in German and English as well as sensitivity in forming intercultural networks.
• Your high flexibility, creativity, and willingness to travel round off your profile.
