POSITION

We are seeking a Germany/EU-based Business Partner (all genders) for our Tech domain, acting as a consultant and sparring partner for HR and the business unit/tech functions. Your role is to translate strategic objectives into HR initiatives to elevate performance and develop colleagues.

Success will be seen within months through improved Producthouse Transformation, increased productivity, and higher engagement in leadership roles, leading to enhanced global team performance.

CHALLENGE

  • Collaborate with global leadership on HR aspects and KPI-driven improvements.
  • Review and develop organizational structures to drive business performance.
  • Lead change initiatives to improve processes and engagement.
  • Provide insights and solutions as a business partner.
  • Translate strategic goals into HR actions using business acumen.
  • Manage conflict cases and labor law actions, cooperating with the German works council.
  • Work with People Solution functions to ensure top HR standards and employee experience.
  • Support cultural connections with hubs in India and Vietnam.
  • Assist leaders in high-performance management and smart replacements.
  • Establish a competency framework aligned with future business needs (automation, AI, platforming, data-driven development).

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

  • A university degree in business administration or HR management.
  • Over 5 years of experience as an HR business partner in SaaS/Tech companies.
