Qualifikationen

• 2 Jahre Erfahrung als Datenschutzbeauftragter oder DP-Berater, vorzugsweise in einem internationalen Unternehmen.
• Solide Kenntnisse über Datenschutzgesetze in Europa und global.

Aufgaben

• Technische und rechtliche Unterstützung für die Entwicklung datenschutzkonformer Produkte.
• Durchführung von Risikoanalysen zur Identifizierung von Schwachstellen.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Data Protection Expert to ensure the data protection and compliance with respective laws as well as internal rules & regulations, to foster sustainable and compliant business activities.

A job that matters: your tasks

1. Executing technical and legal support for the respective departments in the (further) development of data protection-compliant products and solutions
2. Acting as first point of contact for departments and functions
3. Providing legal opinions and advice on data protection laws in Europe and globally, including labor law
4. Supporting the implementation of privacy by design and privacy by default principles
5. Ensuring effective and data protection compliant contractual relationships with the selected processors of personal data
6. Consulting the business in terms of creating and updating data privacy related contracts and policies
7. Supporting the operational departments with specific data protection related know-how
8. Conducting risk analysis to identify vulnerabilities in the data protection organization and advise on compliance with legal requirements
9. Maintaining/further developing the regulations on data protection organization and data protection management system.

An experience that matters: your skills

1. Certified Data Protection Officer, Lawyer or comparable
2. 2 years of experience as data protection officer or as DP consultant, preferably in an international company
3. Solid knowledge on Art. 25 proven by relevant certifications
4. Contractual (Art. 28)/ legal support
5. Development of risk treatment plans
6. English and German skills sufficient for verbal and written business communication
7. Collaborative and disciplined person, effective communicator.
