Service Techniker Systeme (w/m/d)

Our client, a global leader in intelligent components and controllable servo systems in mechatronic drive technology, seeks your support in the Product Support department. Responsibilities:

• Act as the central contact for customers regarding maintenance and servicing questions.
• Handle complaints and damage cases independently within our complaint management system, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
• Ensure rapid machine restart during downtimes through quick response times and technical support.
• Perform inspections and ensure short repair times.
• Create service reports in German and English, considering technical and commercial aspects like cost estimation, parts availability, and delivery times.
• Occasionally perform on-site service visits, including training, commissioning, repairs, and fault analysis.
• Support the service hotline and collaborate with departments such as Supply Chain Management, Engineering & Automation, Quality Management, and Sales.

Your work will significantly contribute to the continuous availability of our products and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Completed training as a Mechatronics Technician or Electronics Technician, ideally supplemented with a technician qualification.
• Experience in customer service.
• Strong knowledge in electrical engineering or mechatronic systems.
• Proficiency in measurement techniques and reading technical drawings.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
