Company Description

We are looking for an assistant for our finance department.

In this role, you’ll assist the Head of Taxes and Group Accounting, Head of Corporate Treasury, and Head of Controlling in all matters regarding administration. This includes meeting coordination, calendar planning, travel organization, correspondence, filing, event organization, and preparation of presentations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing administrative and organizational support to department heads from Taxes & Group Accounting, Corporate Treasury, and Corporate Controlling.
  • Handle correspondence in German and English.
  • Prepare and maintain calendars, plan, and arrange meetings.
  • Act as a contact person for team members.
  • Assist in preparing presentations.
  • Organize and manage national and international meetings and internal training sessions.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and process travel expense reports.
  • Serve as a contact person for internal and external contacts.
  • Organize events and support onboarding and training of new employees.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an assistant or similar role, or a career entrant with a commercial background.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); IT literate.
  • Interest in finance, with basic knowledge of accounting, and comfort with numbers.
  • Structured, organized, and self-motivated individual with organizational talent.
  • Interest in organizing small events and activities.
  • Good communication skills via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Team player and trustworthy.
Additional Information

Due to legal requirements, the minimum salary for this position is €2,195.00 gross per month, according to the collective agreement. Our compensation package is market-oriented and typically above this minimum.
