Senior Project Manager – Data Centre

Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Salary: €110,000 - €140,000 + Accommodation + Flights + Travel (10/4 Rotation)

Overview

We’re working with a market-leading contractor seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a Hyperscale Data Centre project in Germany.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing projects from start to finish. A CSA bias is preferred, and recent experience must include senior management roles on large contracts.

Responsibilities

1. Manage overall project cost, schedule, and budgets.
2. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
3. Review construction proposals, pricing, and scopes.
4. Lead client and project meetings.
5. Monitor factors influencing construction costs and report on this data.
6. Have knowledge of construction procurement methods and long-lead equipment.
7. Review and validate cost estimates prepared by subcontractors and other organizations.
8. Support engineering decisions related to project costs during design-build changes.
9. Review and approve invoices, payment applications, and retention payments.
10. Oversee project transfer to the client, including close-out documentation and warranties.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in delivering large-scale construction projects.
• Recent senior management experience on large contracts.
• Data Centre experience is advantageous.
• Civils/CSA background is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
