Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate the impact of configuration changes on training media (e.g., flight simulators, maintenance helicopters, interactive media)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including experts, instructors, and media developers
• Manage configuration of training media
• Support project initiation and modifications to update training media
• Oversee maintenance hangar operations, including four helicopters, workshops, and tools

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in aerospace, mechanical, industrial engineering, or media sciences
• Several years of experience in engineering, IT, aerospace, mechanics, or project management
• Knowledge of configuration management and helicopter technology
• Fluent in German and English
• Experience with 3D modeling and visualization software (e.g., CATIA)
• Knowledge of XML and Adobe software (InDesign, Illustrator) is a plus
• Strong communication, teamwork, customer orientation, and structured work approach
• Motivated for continuous improvement in an international setting
