Tasks
  1. Create an end-to-end recruiting plan that includes responsibilities such as sourcing and contacting potential candidates, organizing interviews, and negotiating offers.
  2. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to find the best candidates for the roles.
  3. Gain insights into different departments within our company to specify and improve your candidate search.
  4. Engage in constant analysis of recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve existing processes.
  5. Contribute to the evolution of our recruitment practices by suggesting new strategies and approaches based on your day-to-day insights.
  6. Participate in projects such as employer branding, candidate experience, data-driven recruiting, tool implementation, and others.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of commercial and operational roles, including sales, procurement, and logistics.
  • Previous experience in agency recruitment, headhunting, or hyper-growth startups; experience with Ashby as an ATS is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interest in research and reaching out to potential candidates.
  • Strong negotiation skills and comfort with cold outreach.
  • Ability to assess cultural fit and promote the company to potential candidates.
  • Motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about recruitment.
  • Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus.
