Jobbeschreibung

Join our team and you’ll be responsible for IT Support across our Stepstone offices Globally.

Working in the Global Support Team within the Corporate IT department, you will support users with their IT issues and requests worldwide.

You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.

Your responsibilities :

  1. Provide first and second-line technical IT support through the IT Service Desk, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs. Support will be delivered via multiple channels (portal, phone, chat) to users across our global offices.
  2. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues across various platforms and operating systems, including proficiency in Office 365, soft-phone systems, Windows, and Mac OS.
  3. Install, configure, and maintain standard software and hardware both onsite and remotely.
  4. Collaborate with the Corporate IT Service Teams for third-line escalation and project work.
  5. Participate in IT projects by supporting the deployment of new technologies.
  6. Maintain IT environments in regional offices, including conference room AV systems.
  7. Support remote offices, which may include regional or international travel.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an IT Support Analyst with comprehensive technical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Microsoft or CompTIA Certifications.
  • ITIL certification.
