Job Description:

Due to our incredible growth, we’re looking for Sales & Marketing Agents (m/f/d) with English language skills to help us create exceptional customer experiences for the largest social media platform in the world.

In our offices in Berlin and all over Germany, 1950 employees handle communication via phone, chat, or mail, processing requests from our client’s customers in more than 12 languages.

Please be aware that we can only hire EU citizens or candidates with a valid work permit to work full-time hours in Germany.

What we offer:

• Salary of €2750 monthly / €33,000 per year
• Up to €687 monthly performance bonus
• Relocation support of up to €1500 from outside Germany and €700 from within Germany, depending on current location (minimum 100 km to Berlin)

Your Tasks:

• Analyzing marketing campaigns for clients
• Providing campaign feedback and recommendations
• Helping clients reach advertising goals and optimize their budgets
• Representing the social media platform and its products
• Building strong client relationships
• Carrying out digital campaigns and monitoring success
• Identifying campaign trends and escalating challenges early

Your Skills:

• Fluency in English
• At least 1 year of sales experience with a commercial mindset and entrepreneurial thinking
• Experience in social media and digital marketing is a plus
• Strong sales, organizational, and creative skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid full-time work visa for Germany; student visas are not accepted
