About the position

PSI Metals is seeking Business Consultants (m/f/d) for our Berlin office, whether experienced in the industry or recent graduates.

The Business Consultant assists our customers in digitalizing and optimizing their business processes using our product PSImetals. Key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing customer requirements in production, warehouse logistics, quality, planning, and scheduling
• Consulting customers and mapping their business processes to PSImetals
• Ensuring end-to-end consistency in workshops, specifications, design, implementation, and commissioning

Job Requirements

• Degree in STEM, Business, or equivalent
• Analytical mindset
• Interest and some practical knowledge in IT and process modeling
• Ability to communicate complex subjects effectively to clients and colleagues
• Willingness to travel
• Excellent communication skills in English and German; additional languages are a plus
• Experience or knowledge in the metals industry, digitalization, or consulting is advantageous
