YOUR FUTURE ROLE

As a Business Processes Consultant for SAP SuccessFactors, you will deliver high-impact HCM services throughout the customer lifecycle, working closely with SAP consultants on projects. Your responsibilities include:

• Developing your skills as a consultant in collaboration with management and SAP teams.
• Supporting the preparation, conception, realization, and go-live of customer projects.
• Planning, managing, and leading design workshops and meetings with clients.
• Leading internal teams and meetings.
• Analyzing business processes, conducting root cause analysis, and optimizing technical performance.
• Collaborating with onshore, near-shore, and offshore consultants.
• Organizing yourself effectively in a remote work environment.
• Traveling to customer sites and SAP meetings as needed, with most work delivered remotely.

YOUR PROFILE

We seek a passionate, skilled technology and business enthusiast with at least 3 years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) and SAP SuccessFactors implementation, eager to grow as a trusted advisor for a global brand. You should be curious, proactive in planning your career, comfortable with the latest technology, enthusiastic about customer solutions, and willing to work hard within a passionate team.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree completed.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HCM.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification.
• Proven experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors as a consultant.
• Technologically adept with quick learning ability for complex software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal.
• Ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
• Effective team player and self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
