Job Description:

We are looking for a Supervisor Service to join our team in Langenfeld, Germany!

You will be an active member of the DACH Lifecycle Service Management team, working jointly with other Operations department leaders and the Sales Department to align Service executions and sales strategies.

You will implement service tasks and support your team as an expert to provide services and support to customers.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  1. Ensure that the Service team is correctly equipped, trained, and developed to meet current and future business needs.
  2. Lead, manage, and develop the Reliability Solutions and Machinery Health Management Service team.
  3. Develop, apply, and introduce new and efficient Service strategies, methods, and processes that support the development and profitability of the Service office, ensuring adequate Service capabilities and resources are available to support all Service activities within the territory.
  4. Work closely with the DACH Operations Management team to ensure proper Service coverage for all supported products, enabling timely and successful completion of service activities within the agreed Service budget.
  5. Coordinate problem solving for technical issues related to service orders.
  6. Perform tasks for installation, upgrade, and maintenance of MHM/RS-Systems, integrated Bus systems, field devices, and third-party systems at customer sites.
  7. Ensure all service activities meet safety and quality standards.
  8. Maintain and own the service and maintenance related ISO procedures and work instructions.
  9. Screen and utilize all relevant procedures related to Trade Compliance Policy.

For this Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with RS (Reliability Solutions) and MHM (Machinery Health Management) systems and solutions, with a minimum of X years as a Service Engineer.
  • Proficiency in German and English.
  • Valid car driving license.
  • Availability to travel within the DACH region (Germany, Switzerland) for training, business trips, or service, maintenance, and commissioning activities at customer sites.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Knowledge and experience with RS/MHM systems and industry-specific experience; proficiency in MS-Office applications.
