The Supervisor Inside Sales will be responsible for leading and coordinating the Inside Sales team across all aspects of the sales process.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the Inside Sales team across different locations and accounts in Germany, reporting to the Sales Director.
  • Develop your team members to ensure they can handle daily business effectively.
  • Manage system integration for Sales across Europe within the Molex landscape.
  • Coordinate communication with your team and internal departments to meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with program management, finance, and risk management leaders to identify communication and process gaps.
  • Participate in integration projects to incorporate relevant sales information.
  • Manage portal access for various customers with your team.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • At least 3 years of experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service.
  • Experience working in a multicultural, fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Organizational skills to anticipate, plan, prioritize, and monitor workload.
  • Hands-on team player capable of working independently.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach.
  • ERP system knowledge.
  • Fluent in German and English.

  • Commercial experience.
