They are renowned for combining IT solutions and consulting services with sales of IT hardware and software products. In preparation for their greenfield S / 4 HANA implementation, they are now searching for an Inhouse SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding & Time Management
• Assist the integration of SAP SuccessFactors with BTP, HCM and SAC
• Help with solution architecture and providing technical leadership
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and plans
• Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to end-users

Profile

• 2+ years experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong understanding of HR processes
• Languages - fluent German
