We are looking for an SAP Solution Architect to become a part of our tight-knit EPAM team and engage in technology-driven activities. As an SAP Solution Architect, you will have a fascinating opportunity to work in a leading software engineering and IT consulting company.

With a relationship of close to thirty years with SAP, EPAM has been involved in the engineering side of SAP for many of their enterprise product releases, helping to engineer their products and bring them to market over the decades.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a team of SAP experts, providing direction, guidance, and support
• Be accountable for technical and functional leadership, future-proof architecture, and meeting quality standards
• Provide technical expertise and architecture guidance in SAP configuration, customization, and integration
• Develop comprehensive solution architectures that integrate SAP S/4HANA, SAP PI, and BRF+ to streamline data integrations and revenue accrual processes
• Manage customer expectations and relationships, addressing customer issues during engagement in cooperation with the Account Manager
• Ensure technical leadership regarding delivery, planning sound and future-proof architecture, and meeting technical quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree (preferred) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 8+ years of extensive experience in SAP consulting and engineering, focusing on SAP S/4HANA
• Proficiency in SAP PI for data integration and SAP BRF+ for business rule management
• In-depth knowledge of SAP product portfolio, architecture, configuration, integration, and customization
• Proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for staying updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management practices
• Leadership and interpersonal skills with a client interaction background
• Fluent in both English and German
