Job Description:

CYBEX is a company that prioritizes innovation in child safety and lifestyle products. We are seeking a Specialist Customer Relations to join our team in Bayreuth, Germany. The role involves managing customer orders, logistics, accounts payable support, handling customer complaints, testing SAP processes, managing payment and export terms, and coordinating shipping requests. The ideal candidate will have a commercial apprenticeship or similar education, up to 3 years of relevant experience, strong language skills in English and German, and proficiency in MS Office, with SAP/ERP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities:
  1. Order processing via phone, email, or EDI
  2. Planning deliveries and logistics follow-up
  3. Supporting accounts payable and finance
  4. Serving as main contact for customers and partners
  5. Handling customer complaints
  6. Testing new SAP transactions and processes
  7. Managing special payment terms and liaising with banks
  8. Assisting with CRM reports
  9. Defining country-specific payment and export terms
  10. Managing special shipping requests
Profile of Qualification:
  1. Commercial apprenticeship or similar education
  2. Up to 3 years of relevant experience
  3. Team-oriented, resilient, flexible, eloquent, and responsive to customer needs
  4. Strong English and German skills
  5. Proficient in MS Office; SAP/ERP knowledge is a plus
