In this role, you will take ownership of model risk management processes, ensuring alignment with the latest regulations and industry best practices. As the leader of the Model Risk Management team, you will provide strategic direction, oversee model validation processes, and guide team members in developing and implementing robust risk frameworks. You will play a pivotal role in assessing, controlling, and reporting N26's model risks while ensuring effective collaboration across various teams and stakeholders.
