Your Responsibilities
- Serve as single threaded leader for assigned operational area within Rohlik operations.
- Lead, coach, engage and develop a team of warehouse associates and team leaders to meet operational targets and business objectives.
- Monitor and manage workflows, shift staffing, productivity and quality to maintain efficiency and ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Cooperate with central teams on delivery and following internal standards.
- Act as role model and enforce safety policies and safe behaviour, conduct audits to ensure a safe work environment.
- Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements, drive projects to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Drive a culture of engagement, inclusion, and high performance among team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operational Excellence, Automatization, HR, IT, and maintenance, to resolve challenges and optimize performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and local labor regulations.
- Manage performance and provide coaching and development plans for team members.
- Troubleshoot operational issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions.
Your
experience
What We Look For
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Min. 1-3 years of experience in people management, logistics, manufacturing and operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance management metrics (e.g., KPIs, operational reporting).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or University degree in a related field.
- Experience in supply chain, warehouse management, or e-commerce operations.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
