Grow, identify, and seek revenue from all segmentations assigned in territory on behalf of Oman Air.
- Achieve & exceed the allocated sales targets set out by the Regional Sales Manager / Sales Manager for the assigned territory.
- Identify customer needs to initiate a win/win scenario using effective negotiation techniques.
- Develop solutions within the territory to increase revenue for Oman Air.
- Apply a ROI mindset to assess the true value of partnerships to Oman Air's business (cost-conscious approach).
- Lead and activate proposed methods of ancillary revenue campaigns for the assigned territory.

General Business and Clients
- Achieve assigned sales targets and be accountable for results within the territory.
- Identify potential opportunities and set action plans to generate new business streams.
- Create an account development plan to increase revenue streams.
- Analyze the customer base, identify, grow, and develop revenue using appropriate actions within company guidelines and policies.
- Identify opportunities to increase ancillary revenue streams for Oman Air.
- Be the 'owner' of web revenue streams in the territory.
- Maintain a cost-centric approach favoring low-cost distribution models (NDC) for revenue generation.
- Adopt a mindset shift towards direct distribution channels (NDC/Web/Mobile/Call Center).
Customer Relationship Management
- Negotiate with key territory partners to activate commercial objectives and maximize business partnerships.
- Service business in the territory to resolve issues impacting revenue streams, in line with company policy and procedures.
- Lead as the advisor within the territory on Oman Air developments for continuity and growth.
- Manage PLBs and incentive schemes in the respective territory.
Support and Assistance
- Provide timely product support and communicate progress and recommendations within the territory.
- Collaborate with inter-departmental stakeholders to initiate solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Support marketing events and initiatives within the assigned territory.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Support internal guidelines and processes for actions within the territory.
Reports
- Prepare sales plans aligned with regional strategic goals and management directives.
- Provide weekly and other periodic reports as requested by management.
- Update management regularly on competitive activities.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
Minimum Education, Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
- Fresh Bachelor’s degree in any discipline OR
- College diploma with 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
Special Skills & Knowledge (Preferred)
- Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Proficiency in MS Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Technical GDS knowledge; understanding of NDC preferred.
- Experience with airline data tools such as BSP / MIDT.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- IATA Basic Ticketing and Reservation knowledge.
- Extensive contact base and experience negotiating with corporate travel businesses.
- Highly analytical with the ability to identify opportunities using data sets and in-house tools.
