Please note: This position is based in Dresden. In this role, you will be responsible for the financial aspects of all funding projects at Infineon Dresden. In your new role, you will:

1. Be responsible for all financial aspects of funding projects at Infineon Dresden, including:

• Financial administration and controlling of funding projects
• Coordination and responsibility for external financial audits
• Interface with funding authorities regarding financial issues
• Financial management of European-wide consortium funding projects

Be responsible for rules, processes, and improvements related to funding administration

Drive digitalization initiatives within the finance environment

As a team player, you share information effectively, establish successful cooperation quickly, and contribute to team success. You are proactive in implementing decisions, pushing ideas to full realization, and continuously improving processes for efficiency and quality. Your foresight and conscientious work are key to success.

You are best equipped for this role if you have:

1. A Degree (Master, Diploma) in Business Administration or equivalent
2. Ideally 2+ years of experience in financial controlling
3. Experience in controlling and administration of funding projects (advantageous)
4. Knowledge of accounting standards (HGB, IFRS)
5. Excellent German and English communication skills and good presentation abilities
6. The ability to solve complex problems and provide effective solutions
7. Strong skills in business process improvement using modern software applications
