Your Tasks
  • Lead or contribute to process development and continuous improvement projects for complex, automated manufacturing processes of IVD and Life Science products.
  • Conceptualize, plan, and conduct process and data analyses, documenting results clearly.
  • Identify and assess new manufacturing technologies; specify production equipment and manage procurement projects.
  • Develop production concepts and business cases based on production data and costs.
  • Assist in risk assessments, equipment qualification, and validation processes.
Position Requirements
  • Degree in life science or engineering, or relevant Ph.D.; ideally with three years of experience in a biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Passionate about automated manufacturing processes, with experience in sealing, welding, or assembly of plastic components.
  • Experience in process and data analysis; strong project management skills; knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (~10%).
