Job Description

What to expect?

As part of our collaboration with a global strategic partner, we aim to deliver an enhanced digital workplace experience for thousands of users worldwide. To support our growth, we are looking for Onsite IT Support Technicians (m/f/d) at various client locations across Germany, including Berlin, Potsdam, Dresden, Eschborn, Gerlingen, München, Hamburg, Markdorf, Ratingen, St Ingbert, St Leon Rot, and Walldorf.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of various IT systems, including inspection, prioritization, and upkeep to high standards.
  2. Providing effective solutions for software and hardware issues.
  3. Responding to user inquiries and guiding users through simple, step-by-step instructions.
  4. Recording technical issues and solutions in the Knowledge Management System and updating knowledge articles accordingly.
  5. Enabling end users through training and education.

What do we expect?

  • At least two years of relevant experience.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Experience handling ServiceNow tickets.
  • Assistance with software deployment and related issues (standard and non-standard).
  • Support for Microsoft Windows, Apple operating systems, and Microsoft Office 365 suite.
  • Providing how-to assistance for end-user IT devices and software.
  • Support for standard and non-standard hardware devices, including peripherals like monitors and label printers.
  • Basic hardware support for desktops and laptops, such as RAM upgrades, keyboard replacements, and SSD replacements.
  • Smart Hands experience supporting MFPs, standalone and networked printers/scanners, servers, and storage.
  • Support for meeting room equipment (audio/video), network cabling, Wi-Fi, routers, hubs, and switches.
  • Document management tasks, including asset and knowledge management, and site operation manuals.
  • Stock management of incoming and outgoing IT equipment.
  • End-user training and education.
  • Willingness to work onsite at client locations.
  • Strong commitment to quality service and good interpersonal skills.
