A Day in the Life

You will work shifts at our operational sites, focusing on maintaining safety standards and process efficiency. Your daily tasks include managing your team, handling escalations, working on process improvements, and contingency planning. Collaboration with colleagues and external partners is essential to meet customer demands and targets, involving data analysis and discussions on technical improvements with engineers.

About the Team

Customer Fulfillment (CF) is the foundation of Amazon, managing over 1.5 million orders daily. Our teams operate in Fulfillment Centres, which are central to Amazon’s operations network, managing inventory and ensuring quick deliveries. The team encompasses a variety of roles, from handling physical products to analyzing data for business decisions.

Basic Qualifications

• University degree (Bachelor's or Master's), completed before start date
• Proficiency in written and verbal English and the local language
• Relevant experience in data analysis

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred qualifications are not mandatory but are a plus:

• Experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including leadership
• Experience in a logistics environment
