Reporting to our Chief Global Customer Officer, the ideal candidate will have proven experience in key account sales and connections with large CPG retailers and suppliers.

Preferred experience includes a mix of CPG, Retail, and Professional Services, with a focus on data-led insights and advisory capabilities to drive growth. Sales and client management experience in services industries is advantageous.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing organizational, sales, and client service leadership for the Advantage Global business.
  • Building strong relationships with CPG clients, ensuring they gain value from our work and advocate for Advantage.
  • Achieving sales and profit goals within your client portfolio and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with Commercial, Market, and Finance teams to align with business strategies, including financial reporting and budgeting.
  • Working across functions to meet client needs and develop proposals.
  • Using business acumen and negotiation skills to secure win-win agreements.
  • Supporting market leaders in developing client collaborations at the country level.
  • Enhancing the Advantage brand through thought leadership, presentations, publications, and industry participation.

Location: Ideally based in Europe (Spain, France, UK, Netherlands, Germany). The role is remote, with occasional travel to client offices, Toronto, and industry events.

Required skills include expertise in CPG retail, a strong network, client-service orientation, understanding of market research, project management, excellent communication skills, data storytelling, independence, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong inter-departmental communication skills.
